Retro-Commissioning (RCx) Incentive
This incentive identifies energy and demand reduction opportunities by optimizing building systems. Energy and demand savings are realized through the systematic evaluation of electric energy-using systems and the subsequent installation of low-cost measures. UE will utilize a pool of qualified RCx agents to provide energy assessment services and assistance in implementing identified solutions to customers to ensure that their systems are operating at optimal energy efficiency.
Besides improving operational inefficiencies that yield energy savings, the RCx process can also help:

Reduce maintenance and repair costs

Lead to more efficient use of equipment and potentially longer equipment life

Provide non-energy benefits such as improved comfort and reduced occupant complaints
