The first AmerenUE Energy Efficiency Workshop was held on Mar. 24 in the Ameren General Office Building in St. Louis.
AmerenUE shared its Integrated Resource Plan with participates. The plan outlines the most cost-effective way to meet the rising energy demands of UE customers, including a major focus on energy efficiency, initiatives with renewable energy and the possibility of new generation.
Richard Mark, senior vice president, Energy Delivery, AmerenUE, welcomed participants and spoke on energy efficiency. Other presenters included Patrick Justis, managing supervisor, Commercial & Industrial Programs, AmerenUE, who introduced the new UE energy efficiency program for business customers.
