Welcome to Ameren Corporation’s Supplier Diversity (SD) pre-qualification and registration system for tracking information on our current and potential diverse suppliers.    If you are a minority, woman, veteran and/or service disabled veteran, hub-zone owned and operated business and are interested in providing goods and services to Ameren, you must complete Ameren’s SD registration form.*    To be awarded Ameren business, as with any supplier, diverse suppliers must meet standard qualification requirements including technical, operational and safety standards. You may want to organize your information. You will need to provide the following in order to complete your profile with the registration form:
1.		Basic company information (i.e. physical address, email)
2.		Principal owner information
3.		Federal tax ID number
4.		Product/service information
5.		NAICS/SIC (North American Industry Classification System/Standard Industry Classification)
6.		Annual sales (2 years required)
7.		Customer references
8.		Insurance information
9.		Type of diversity certification
