Ameren InSite is an industrial development program that provides a “Ready-To-Go-Site with a Ready-To-Go-Building” to new and expanding companies. Sponsored by Ameren in partnership with communities throughout Illinois and Missouri, Ameren InSite is designed to respond to the competitive needs of growing companies.
Ameren InSite includes:
A minimum 10-acre Ameren-served industrial site that is pre-qualified to accelerate the construction process.
Ameren InSite pre-qualifications:
	A firm, documented price for land
	Completed soil borings
	Evidence of clear title
	Preliminary screening and regulatory review
	Full platted site survey with topography maps
	Industrial infrastructure in place (water, sewer, road access)
Ameren InSite provides:
A development incentive for prospective clients that includes (1) licensed architectural blue prints, (2) building specifications, and (3) an artist’s rendering for a 60,000-square-foot (expandable to 200,000 square foot) steel or concrete tilt-up building.
